Well here is an interesting use of video marketing by the Singapore government in conjunction with Mentos. They launched this video a few weeks ago aimed at boosting their national birth rate (which is lower than they would like) by promoting couples to get it on in the bedroom on their National Day night which was August 9th.
Its certainly an interesting way to reach out to the youth of the country and approach such a subject. My favourite line has to be “mobilize your body cos my name is McLovin, put this track on repeat lets put a Bao in your oven!” So what do you think? A boost to the Singapore population in 9 months time or misplaced approach to a more serious subject?
